Become part of landlord association in Washington State. Memberships to the LandLord Association (formerly the Inland Empire Rental Association) based upon the number of rental units you have. A rental unit is an individual living quarter, not a complex.
We have two types of online access available to you, depending on the membership type you select. Select the membership type that best fits your needs. If you wish to access our Downloadable PDF electronic forms library, select the Membership with PDF access. If you just want a regular membership without Downloadable PDF Forms access, select the one that best matches your situation under regular membership. Your membership fee is based on the number of units you own, as explained above.
